An Abuja-based businessman, Otunba Olanrewaju Jim-Kamal, has declared intention to contest for the Lagos state governorship under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Jim-Kamal, during his declaration in Agege, promised to improve things in Lagos state if elected.
He said he has all it takes to take the mantle of leadership.
Jim-Kamal promised to overhaul the education system to make it efficient.
He said his agenda include provision of good health care services, infrastructural development, woman emancipation, youth empowerment and restructuring.
He said an automated free e-Education will be introduced at all levels to refurbish basic learning to digital forms to children in Lagos.
He said tablets will be giving to pupils in primary schools while laptops will be given to students in secondary and university levels to enable them compete favourably with private schools.
He also said there will be an automated free e-Health care services.
According to him, all health institutions would be equipped to international standards.
He added that the development of infrastructural facilities will be up-to-date and well-furnished.
According to him, Jide Adediran (aka Jandor) cannot stop him from picking PDP’s ticket during primary election.
He said he has been in politics for decades and has paid his dues.
He called for restructuring of the country.
